Baas Educational trust is a charitable organization which has built and is running the Gairatpur Baas Panchayat Schhol. The aim of the school is to “ Provide” education whereas other private schools “sell” education.

The Fee structure depends on the paying capacity of the guardian which varies from Rs 300 to Rs 500 per month.

Children from very poor families are exempted from fees and are given free uniform, books, and copy books.

Only 15% of annual expenditure is realized from collection of fees. Balance expenditure is mainly on account of teachers and staff salaries and other administration and expenses for the upkeep and maintenance of assets and infrastructure and routine administrative functions. Major expenditure for running and maintenance of the assets is received as donation from CSR funds of companies incorporated in India, donation from individual donors and foreign contribution from our sister trust- BAAS EDUCATIONAL TRUST UK.

BAAS educational trust has got The unique ID issued by Commissioner Income Tax New Delhi is AABTB2124RF20213 dated 23 September which makes donors eligible for a 50% deduction under 80G. This is not issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. CSR-1 approval by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs which authorizes BET to accept CSR donations is 00000315 dated 03 Apr 2001.
