Sushumna Yoga Studios was started by Sonja Appel in Delhi for three years, then she moved to Goa and set up there, now in its 4th season, with her partner Gita Sahni. Sonja has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and has twelve intensive years of experience studying and teaching Yoga and twenty-five years experience of teaching Pilates in London, India, and Nepal.
